Koyt Wilcox is a distinguished security and law enforcement professional with over 25 years of operational and supervisory experience spanning federal investigations, executive protection, and strategic threat mitigation. Currently serving as a Senior Security Consultant for M6 Global Defense, Mr. Wilcox is a trusted advisor to schools, churches, corporations, and executive leaders, delivering comprehensive security assessments and dynamic protection strategies tailored to evolving threats in both physical and digital environments.
Before joining M6, Mr. Wilcox held the position of Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Professional Responsibility, where he led multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 special agents and managed a $150,000 operational budget. His responsibilities included overseeing complex criminal investigations, internal affairs inquiries, and national-level threat assessments. He also developed and implemented specialized training programs for new agents, ensuring adherence to CBP policies and investigative best practices.
Mr. Wilcox’s federal service is further distinguished by a 15-year tenure as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, where he was entrusted with the close personal protection of the President, First Family, and other dignitaries in both domestic and international settings. His leadership in coordinating large-scale protective operations for events such as the Presidential Inauguration, APEC Summit, and Democratic National Convention exemplifies his exceptional capacity for cross-agency coordination, logistics, and crisis readiness. A certified instructor, he also trained new agents in criminal investigations and protective operations at the U.S. Secret Service Training Academy.
Mr. Wilcox also served as a Task Force Deputy Marshal with the U.S. Marshals Service and began his public service career as a Police Officer in Mesquite, Texas, where he responded to high-stakes emergency incidents, developed core conflict resolution skills, and testified in court proceedings.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wilcox has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to public safety, organizational integrity, and operational excellence.
