Presidential-Level Protective Operations

Timothy R. Reboulet brings more than two decades of elite operational experience protecting world leaders and securing high-risk environments. During his 22-year career with the United States Secret Service, he served on the Presidential Protection Detail, leading operational, financial, and diplomatic initiatives designed to ensure the safety of U.S. Presidents and international dignitaries.

His work included the planning and execution of security operations for major National Special Security Events (NSSEs), including Presidential Inaugurations, G8 and G20 Summits, and the Winter Olympics. These assignments required complex coordination across federal, international, and local agencies—ensuring seamless protection in some of the most visible and high-risk environments in the world.

Global Cybercrime & Counterterrorism Strategy

A recognized authority in cybercrime and counterterrorism, Reboulet has led multinational efforts to combat complex digital and physical threats. As a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), he collaborated with global partners including Europol, the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3), the Joint Cybercrime Action Taskforce (J-CAT), and the Dutch High Tech Crimes Unit.

In these roles, he helped dismantle sophisticated cybercriminal networks and contributed to international strategies aimed at preventing acts of terrorism. His expertise has led to briefings for cabinet officials, lawmakers, and global cybersecurity leaders on emerging threats such as ransomware, network intrusions, and advanced threat actor tactics. He has also trained international law enforcement through the International Law Enforcement Academy.

Security Leadership, Risk Mitigation & Infrastructure Protection

Beyond federal service, Reboulet has continued to shape modern security strategy across public and private sectors. As Director of Safety and Security for the Ladue School District, he developed and implemented comprehensive safety frameworks that protect students, staff, and infrastructure through advanced technologies and coordinated emergency planning.

Previously, as Principal Consultant at Speartip, he led cyber forensic investigations and preventative cybersecurity initiatives, expanding the company’s work across the United States and the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. He also founded the Gateway Electronic Crimes Task Force, bringing together more than 325 public- and private-sector partners to address emerging threats to infrastructure and digital systems.

His work has resulted in the identification of critical vulnerabilities, asset recovery from cybercrime operations, and the development of forward-thinking cybersecurity protocols.
